The Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park of Hung Yen Province to have a strategic location, it is located on important line of communication at a cross-road of highways N5 and N39, from Hanoi Capital 28km for connecting many large economic zones of the North such as Hai Phong Port (73km), Cai Lan Port (90km), Noi Bai Airport (40km) and Lac Dao Railway station (Hanoi - Hai Phong Railway) 15km, neighbouring customs clearance station of Hung Yen province on the highway N5 and Thang Long Urban Quarter that in process of investment and operation.Here to have abundant human resources including local manual employees and skilled workers who have been trained from local and central vocational schools.

Total area of the Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park is 119.5 hectares and divided into 2 phases:

 - The first phase: The infrastructure on area of 25.17 hectares has been built completely comprising of systems for waste water treatment system, water supply, drainage, internal traffic, supplying electric power, and the all area has been leased by 10 enterprises.

  - The second phase: With 94.34 hectares in steady for carried out construction of synchronous infrastructure including systems for traffic, water supply, electric power, drainage, and telecommunications. The investors ought to register as soon as possible to choose a suitable location in your wish.

* On the area of the first phase, the infrastructure has been invested to build as follows:

  - Total volume of clean water for a day and night is 6,000m3, in which 4,000m3 supplied at site, 2,000m3 supplied from Hung Yen Water Plant. Presently, in the first phase, Water Plant of IP is invested by our Company to enhance its capacity up to 12,000m3/day-night, so plus 2,000m3/day-night supplemented by Hung Yen Water Plant, total volume of water in IP will be 14,000m3 per day-night

  - The Plant for treating waste water of IP with capacity of 10,000m3 per day-night has been invested and built in standard of Europe II equipped and installed by Netherlands, sewage is classified in grade B according to Vietnam standard and it will be expanded to enhance capacity up to 15,000m3 per day-night.

  - The electric power is supplied by national grid of 7000KVA, voltage of 22KV, frequency of 50Hz within small oscillation. This electricity is reserved of industrial production.

  - Telephone network system and Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL).Many services have been supplied to the industrial Park (IP) by 13 branches of banks inside The Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) is strategic shareholder of Pho Noi textile garment infractructure development JSC and credit organizations, dinning house, guard, prevention and fighting of fire, medical station, clinic, sanitary and environmental teams, etc. Dormitory area for the medical station, clinic, security guard 24/24h, sanitary and enviromental teams, erc.

* On the area of the second phase, several works will be invested and built as follows:

  - The Company will enhance capacity of clean water up to 17,000m3/day-night with the construction of a new water plant with its capacity is 3,000m3 per day-night plus existent capacity is 14,000m3 per day-night.

  - An electric power line with capacity of 60,000KVA, voltage of 22KV, frequency of 50Hz within not worth mentioning oscillation will be supplied by Electricity Company.This electricity is reserved of industrial production.

  - Waste water will be connected to plant for treating water was built in this first phase with its capacity up to about 15,000m3 per day-night.

  - Beside, Investment and construction and completion with respect to telecommunication system, post, sport area, and mart.

  - In order to facilitate to investors, a Section belonging our Company has been founded to consult, guide and support investors and enterprises carrying out all procedures about establishment and operation, production and business related to local authorities.

* Investment incentives:

  - Investors who apply for land rental in Pho Noi industrial park as early at the second phase will be given priority to choose the place, area and many other incentives such as.

  - Be supported to accomplish the investment procedure in the industrial park.Be supported in the recruitment of local workers.
