 The Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park of Hung Yen Province with total area of ground is 119.5 hectares. At present, it is owned by the Pho Noi Textile and Garment Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (VINATEX-ID) as a member of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (VINATEX), with the participation in strategic investment of Asia Commercial Bank (ACB).
