            On 25/5/2001 Viet Nam Textile and Garment Group issued decision no 348/QĐ-HĐQT, from working group formed the central business and infrastructure development

after established nearly a year, on 25/6/2002 changed Pho Noi Textile and Garment infrastructure development company. Which had completed the first phase with 25.17 hectares, the second phase is being deployed

            On 18/2/2005 participated Viet Nam Textile and Garment Group (51% capital) and ACB (10% capital), formed Pho Noi Textile and Garment infrastructure development joint stock company (VINATEX-ID)
