The construction in Pho Noi Textile and Garment IP in to first phase: The first phase:(25.17 hectares) has been leased with 10 enterprises Include: clean water system is 6.000 m3/day Waste water treatment center is 10.000 m3/day, has been invested and built in standard of Europe II equipped and installed by Netherlands, waste water need to meet national standard standard (TCVN 5945-2005) - Hung Yen power supplies electric power of 22 KV, frequency of 50 HZ within small oscillation, this electric is reserved of industrial production. - Telephone network system and asymmetric digital subscriber line - The main road is with 11m, pavement is with 6 m. - Other services: include thirteen branch of banks and credit organizations is willing In which ACB participates strategic stockholder, beside has dormitory area for the worker, medical station, clinic, security guard, sanitary and environmental team … 2. The construction in Pho Noi Textile and Garment IP in to second phase: The second phase: is being deployed with total area 115 hectares, in which is built infrastructure 95.6 hectares and Dormitory area for the workers will be built 5 hectares + Intention plan in second phase: Construction comprehensive infrastructure: Early in 2011 will be completed infrastructure for renting, this phase will be developed, built comprehensive infrastructure - Transportation system include: main road is two-way (7.5m x 2), the width of the separating strip is 2 m, the pavement along the road is 6m in width each. - Clean water system: Will be invested and enhanced volume 17.000 m3/day The first phase: total volume is 6.000 m3/day and enhance its capacity up to 14.000 m3/day, and be built new plant with capacity 3.000 m3/day. - Waste water system: The second phase: waste water transfers to plant in the first phase through pipe and can enhance capacity from 10.000 m3 to 15.000 m3. - Electric system: Hung Yen power supplies the electric power of 22 KV, this electricity is reserved of industrial production. - Telecommunications: Telephone network system and asymmetric didital subscricriber line and others. + dormitory project for workers Dormitory area for workers is beside IP.
